PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • number of guests;

  • selected property;

  • active offers or promotions.

The total amount payable is always communicated before final confirmation of the booking.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the villa, travel period and selected rate.

Any request to modify or cancel a booking must be communicated promptly by email or WhatsApp.

In the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, no refund will be provided for unused nights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If Lion Holiday Sardinia is unable to provide the booked accommodation due to circumstances beyond the guest's control, an equivalent alternative accommodation may be offered whenever possible or any amounts already paid will be refunded.

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in and check-out times will be communicated prior to arrival.

Guests are required to provide their estimated arrival time in advance.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance.

 

GUEST IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS

All guests, including minors, must provide a valid identification document before or upon check-in.

The collection of guest information is required to comply with Italian public security regulations and mandatory guest registration procedures.

Failure to provide valid identification documents may result in denial of access to the accommodation.

 

HOUSE RULES

CLEANING

The accommodation is delivered clean and ready for occupancy.

Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and respectful condition.

Any extraordinary cleaning required due to improper use of the property may be charged separately.

Lion Holiday Sardinia strives to keep all information updated but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of services provided by third parties, including internet access, electricity, water supply, telephone networks or other public utilities.

 

PETS

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and for the behaviour of all persons included in the booking.

 

LION HOLIDAY SARDINIA LIABILITY

Lion Holiday Sardinia shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
