Outside, the apartment features a private garden, perfect for enjoying the outdoors, and an outdoor shower, especially convenient after a day at the beach. A furnished balcony with a table and chairs allows guests to enjoy meals outside with views of the surrounding greenery.
To ensure maximum comfort even during the warmer months, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Details about your stay:
YOUR STAY INCLUDES: electricity, water, gas, the first supply of bed linen and towels, as well as final cleaning of the villa.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €200.00 will be required, which will be returned at the end of your stay, and the payment of the mandatory Tourist Tax for the Municipality of Stintino (the amount may vary depending on the season).
In compliance with the environment and current regulations, separate waste collection and disposal in the appropriate containers is required.

Check-out: by 10:00 am on the day of departure
