Villa Corallina: your luxury version of a holiday home (max 7 guests - 2 bedrooms)
Our villa is 90 m2 in size and can accommodate up to 7 people (an extra folding bed can be requested upon request). It consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchenette (everything needed for cooking) and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds (always flat), bathroom and private swimming pool. It also has: TV, washing machine, air conditioning, iron/ironing board, toaster, bathroom, hairdryer, equipped patio or balcony, barbecue on request, parking.
Stay details:
WHAT YOUR STAY INCLUDES: the cost of electricity, water, gas and the first supply of bed linen.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY AT CHECK-IN: final cleaning €85 (excluding the kitchenette which is your responsibility*).
TOURIST TAX: obligatory for the municipality of Stintino, the amount may vary according to the season.
DEPOSIT: €200, which will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).
WASTE COLLECTION: it is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.
WI-FI: Wi-Fi is available to all guests in the area in front of the reception.
*In case of non-cleaning of the kitchenette by the customer, €50 will be deducted from the deposit.

Check-in details:
Check-in is available from 17:00 to 20:00 every day.
Check-out is scheduled by 10:00 on the day of your departure.
Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance (whatsapp: +39-3274131260) otherwise the reception cannot be guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 will be requested. For arrivals after 20.00, the customer's telephone number is required.
