The villa is composed of a spacious living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms. The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with all the necessary comfort. Outside, a private swimming pool awaits you for moments of relaxation and fun.
Villa Rosmarino offers numerous services: TV, wi-fi, washing machine, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, toaster and hairdryer. The furnished patio or balcony is perfect for outdoor dining or quiet moments, while the barbecue, available on request, is ideal for convivial barbecues. The villa also has reserved parking for your convenience.

Details about your stay:
YOUR STAY INCLUDES: electricity, water, gas, the first supply of bed linen and towels, as well as final cleaning of the villa.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of €200.00 will be required, which will be returned at the end of your stay, and the payment of the mandatory Tourist Tax for the Municipality of Stintino (the amount may vary depending on the season).
In compliance with the environment and current regulations, separate waste collection and disposal in the appropriate containers is required.
Check-in: every day from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:00 am on the day of departure
